Child Safety Standards
MultiMe AI · STRONGBODY SG PTE. LTD. · Last updated: August 2026
MultiMe AI is operated by STRONGBODY SG PTE. LTD., 105 Cecil Street, Singapore. These Child Safety Standards explain how we prohibit and act on child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on MultiMe AI.
They apply to every part of the app: profiles, chat and voice messages, Voice Hub posts and comments, marketplace listings, and any content produced through our AI features.
1. Zero tolerance for CSAE
It is a violation of these Standards and of the MultiMe AI Terms of Service to use the app to:
create, upload, store, share, request or link to child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including imagery that is drawn, edited or generated by AI;
sexualise a minor in text, audio, images or video;
groom or solicit a minor, attempt to arrange sexual contact with a minor, or sexually extort a minor;
traffic a minor, or advertise, promote or facilitate the sexual exploitation of a minor;
impersonate a minor, or present a minor in a profile, for sexual purposes.
There is no warning and no second chance for these violations.
2. Age requirement
MultiMe AI is an adult service. You must be 18 or older to create an account or use any feature of the app. We do not knowingly permit anyone under 18 to hold an account. If we learn that an account holder is under 18, we terminate the account and delete the associated data.
3. How to report CSAE
Anyone can report suspected CSAE, whether or not they hold a MultiMe AI account.
By email — our primary child safety channel, covering all content in the app: info@multime.ai with the subject line CHILD SAFETY. Include a username, link or description so we can locate the content. Please do not attach the material itself. This mailbox is monitored by our Trust & Safety team.
In the app: Voice Hub posts can be reported directly from the menu on the post.
If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local police or emergency services first.
4. How we respond
Child safety reports take priority over every other report type. When we confirm a violation we:
remove the content;
terminate the account and prevent the person from re-registering;
preserve the relevant records as required by applicable law;
report apparent child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to the competent authorities, including the Singapore Police Force.
Child safety reports are reviewed by a person on our Trust & Safety team, not by automated systems alone.
5. Prevention
We prohibit sexual content involving minors from being requested through, or produced by, any AI feature in MultiMe AI. Our third-party AI providers apply their own prohibitions on such content.
Accounts terminated for CSAE are recorded so that the same person cannot open a new account.
We review these Standards and our enforcement practices at least once a year.
6. Legal compliance
We comply with child safety and mandatory reporting laws in the jurisdictions where MultiMe AI is available, and we cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement investigating the exploitation of children.
7. Child safety point of contact
